Give a brief description of your property and set the scene. Include the type of property, the location, how many it sleeps, the number of bedrooms, and the main features. Mention the number of dogs allowed and how many/if this is charged extra, and how many cots are supplied. Say what type of stays the property is suitable for (family holidays, celebrations, hen weekends, etc.). 

It is a good idea to set this out in two paragraphs. Use the second one to talk briefly about the local area, with suggestions of places to visit, places to eat and nearby walks or beaches. This is also a good place to mention travel access to the property - eg. 2 hours from London, within easy reach of the M4.
